CHECK AND RETURN OF GOODS
- Upon receiving the goods, the customer undertakes to open the package and inspect the goods. If the customer damages the packaging, which has a unique value together with the goods, the merchant has the right to refuse the return of the goods or demand compensation for the damage. Example: Templates. The seller has the right to demand compensation for the price of the stencil if the customer returns the stencils without the film.
- If the customer discovers upon receiving the goods that they have been sent the wrong or defective goods, the merchant must be informed immediately.
